If for some reason you are unhappy with the product you receive, we have a 30-day money back guarantee return policy if the purchased item is returned unused, in original condition and packaging as received, within the 30 day period.
All we ask is that you inform us within 1 week of receipt of the merchandise,
if you would like to return it. Simply fill in our Merchandise Return
Authorization Form at the bottom of this page and submit your request.
Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from us confirming your request as well as instructions to return the item to us.
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly arrange to have our courier service company pick up the item from you at our cost.
We recommend that you return your goods via a service that can provide you with a tracking number and insurance (insured for the actual purchase price), such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL or any other carrier you may choose. If you are returning the merchandise by mail, please insure it.
